Kevin Hart recently abruptly closed all of his chain of vegan restaurants. Known for serving vegan cuisine and being well-known as Hart House, the brand has closed all four of its sites, saying goodbye to its loyal customers.
Eater Los Angeles reported that the highly regarded restaurant closed its doors on September 10, 2024.
Hart House CEO Andy Hooper said in a statement to the publication that their eateries had gotten amazing feedback from patrons throughout the course of their existence.

“We thank our committed team, our customers, and our community partners for helping make the change we all craved, and for their unwavering support of Hart House,” Hooper mentioned in his statement.
As previously mentioned, the now-closed eatery operated out of the landmark Hart House at the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and Highland Avenue, as well as sites in Westchester, Monrovia, and University Park in Los Angeles.
The food company announced the shutdown on social media, reaching out to its big following. In addition to posting a photo of piled hamburgers, Hart House also expressed gratitude to everyone for their nice words.
The post made by My Hart House read: “A Hartfelt goodbye for now as we start a new chapter.”

The actor launched this cutting-edge plant-based eatery on August 25, 2022. The restaurant then assured consumers that its food will be free of artificial coloring and preservatives.
It’s possible that the closure followed California’s recent $20 minimum wage law. Many fast-food restaurants have closed as a result of this rule, and some indicate that 10,000 jobs have been lost in just five months.
