KL Rahul-Athiya Shetty announces the arrival of their first child; industry folks pour in love

Indian cricketer KL Rahul and Suniel Shetty’s daughter Athiya Shetty recently shared the happy news that they are expecting their first child. Alia Bhatt, Anushka Sharma, and Kiara Advani were among those who responded to the couple’s most noteworthy Instagram post shortly after the wonderful news was made official. Suniel Shetty, meanwhile, referred to himself as “blessed.”

Several Bollywood celebrities and the couple’s loved ones responded to the official post that Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul made today, November 8, shortly after they announced their pregnancy.

Suniel Shetty posted the image to his Instagram story with the words “blessed” and an evil-eye emoji in the comment. Ahan Shetty posted several eye-holding weep emojis.

Additionally, Anushka Sharma and Alia Bhatt dropped the nazar amulet and red-heart emojis. Ananya Panday, meanwhile, referred to it as the “best news.” Rakul Preet Singh stated, “Omgggggg congratulations!!!! So so happppy for you guys,” Sonakshi Sinha added, “Omg omg omg sooooo happy,” Arjun Kapoor, “Dumpling coming thru” and Vaani Kapoor said, “Aww congratulations you guys” 

Earlier, Athiya and KL wrote in a joint post, “Our beautiful blessing is coming soon. 2025”

The duo dated for a period and finally married in January 2023. At Suneil Shetty’s farmhouse near Khandala, they hosted a little wedding ceremony.

On professional front, Athiya was recently seen with Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the 2017 film Motichoor Chaknachoor.
