Korean Singer Lee Seung Yoon announces wedding plans with non-celebrity fiancée

Lee Seung Yoon, singer and songwriter, is getting married in March, marking the start of an amazing new chapter in his life! Through his fan café, Mareumo, his agency, formally revealed the news on March 6. Yoon’s fiancée is a non-celebrity who has long been a pillar of support in his life. The pair is in the midst of preparing for their wedding and will celebrate with a private family ceremony.

The agency has requested to fans to respect the privacy of Lee Seung Yoon and allow his fiancée to carry on with her regular life free from needless attention.

The agency stated, “His bride-to-be is an ordinary office worker who has been a source of strength for Seung Yoon for a long time. The couple will begin their journey as husband and wife with a simple family ceremony. As the wedding will be held privately, we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot disclose specific details.”

The statement added, “We sincerely appreciate everyone who has supported singer-songwriter Lee Seung Yoon throughout his dedicated musical career. Mareumo will continue to do our best to support both the artist and his music in the future.”

After winning JTBC’s Sing Again in 2021, Lee Seung Yoon made his debut in 2011 through MBC’s College Song Festival. He has subsequently established a successful career as a singer-songwriter and is well-known for his distinctive style, strong vocals, and depth of musicality. He had released three albums after his success: Yeok Seong (2024), Shelter of Dreams (2022), and Even If Things Fall Apart (2021).

He solidified his place in the music industry by winning three major honors at the 2025 Korean Music honors: Artist of the Year, Best Modern Rock Song, and Best Rock Song.
