Bollywood fans have been eagerly anticipating the fourth installment of the Krrish series, directed by Rakesh Roshan and starring Hrithik Roshan. Over time, the project has had a number of obstacles despite the tremendous support. According to recent rumors, the massive Rs 700 crore budget is causing yet another delay in the production of Krrish 4. A recent update, however, suggests that these assertions may not be true.
As reported by Bollywood Hungama, a source quoted, “Krrish 4 warrants the budget of approx. Rs 700 crores, and no studio is willing to shell out such an exorbitant amount and take that big a risk.” According to the insider, Hrithik had originally given his friend Siddharth Anand the task of finding a studio.
However, studios have been cautious over the project’s sustainability in the post-Marvel era, particularly since the previous Krrish film was released more than ten years ago. According to the portal, Siddharth and Netflix will no longer be associated to the movie. In order to secure a solid deal and guarantee that Krrish 4 proceeds under FilmKraft in partnership with a big studio, Hrithik and his father, Rakesh Roshan, have now made the decision to individually approach studios across India.

Another person leaving the project is Karan Malhotra, who was hired by Siddharth Anand. Before production begins, the budget will be reevaluated by a new creative team. According to the source, if War 2 manages to incur a good collection, it can offer a better margin in terms of Krrish 4’s production.
Krrish 4 does not need a Rs 700 crore budget, as was originally thought, according to a report from Movie Talkies. But according to their sources, Karan Malhotra and Siddharth Anand are no longer involved with the project.
Rakesh Roshan declared that he has retired from filmmaking and will not be directing any movies in an interview with Bollywood Hungama.
