Samay Raina took several jabs at Kusha’s marriage and her recent divorce with Zorawar. In a recent AMA session on Instagram, Kusha Kapila finally opened up about the matter.
How Kusha reacted

When a user questioned her during an AMA session about how she managed the harsh criticism regarding her divorce, she disclosed that she had even banned words from her Instagram bio, such as “Samay Raina,” “Aashish Solanki,” and “dark humour.” She wrote, “Not my first time on the rodeo. In the large scheme of things, nothing matters. Probably when I have processed all of it, will speak about it on a level-headed podcast (lol do we have any) or maybe never. We will see. This profile continues to be a safe space for my female and queer followers.”
Kusha Kapila’s relationship with Zorawar

Kusha and Zorawar dated for a while before getting hitched in 2017. When Kusha began to tell their love tale, she described how they first saw each other—at a friend’s wedding, she said.
Kusha announced her divorce through a social media statement, “Zorawar and I have mutually decided to part ways. This hasn’t been an easy decision by any measure but we know it’s the right one at this point in our lives. The love and life we have shared together continues to mean everything for us but sadly, what we seek currently for ourselves doesn’t align. We gave it our all, until we couldn’t anymore.”
Last year, Kusha starred in the film Thank You for Coming. Bhumi Pednekar, Dolly Singh, Shehnaaz Gill, Sushant Divgikar, Saloni Daini, Dolly Ahluwalia, Karan Kundra, and Shibani Bedi were among the other actors in the movie.
After receiving backlash for her divorce from Zorawar, Kapila speaks out and admits that she had banned posts on Samay Raina.
