Liam Payne, a former member of One Direction, died at the age of 31 after he fell from the balcony of his Argentine hotel room.
Celebrities in the music industry also paid their respects to the gifted young singer following the positive remarks made by his family about the former boy band member.
The family issues a statement, “We are heartbroken. Liam will forever live in our hearts and we’ll remember him for his kind, funny and brave soul.” Further adding, “We are supporting each other the best we can as a family and ask for privacy and space at this awful time.”

The musician reportedly fell over the third level, and the Buenos Aires medic immediately proclaimed him dead. Reports state that Payne died as a result of his injuries, which included a fractured skull and other serious wounds.
One of the officials on the scene of the accident, Alberto Crescenti, disclosed, “Our role was to head there quickly, give medical attention, and try to resuscitate him, but his injuries were incompatible with life.” He added, “Based on what the team saw, there was apparently a cranial fracture and extremely serious injuries that led to his immediate death.”
Payne’s fans gathered around the hotel where he stayed to pay their condolences as soon as word of the singer’s passing spread. The singer’s parents, sisters, and 7-year-old kid, whom he shared with his ex-girlfriend Cheryl Cole, are his surviving family members.
