The autopsy found that Liam Payne died from “internal and external” hemorrhages and various injuries sustained when he fell from the third-floor balcony of his Argentine hotel.

Transcripts of a 911 call between first responders and the hotel’s head receptionist were later obtained by Sky News and the BBC. The former reported a “guest’s” bad behavior to the authorities. The employee assumed Payne was under the influence of “alcohol and drugs,” according to the translated La Nacion transcript.
The individual also warned the authorities of the singer’s “life-threatening” behavior and demanded that they arrive at the scene “urgently.” The hotel manager stated, “We’re afraid he could do something that threatens his life,” According to the BBC translation, the employee claimed that prior to Payne’s fall from the balcony, he had been destroying his hotel room.
Zedd, Taylor Swift, Paris Hilton, and many other artists, friends, and family members expressed their condolences at Payne’s untimely passing. The singer and his ex-girlfriend, Girls Aloud fame Cheryl Cole, have a 7-year-old kid named Bear Grey.
