Lovely Runner: Are Byeon Woo Seok, Kim Hye Yoon expected to face a realistic ending?

Plot
The show’s plot revolves around the lives of two very different characters, Ryu Seon Jae and Im Sol. As a result of an accident that cost her her legs, Im Sol faces daily challenges as Ryu Sun Jae blossoms into a well-known celebrity. Im Sol is horrified when Ryu Seon Jae kills himself one day.
Im Sol unexpectedly goes back in time and encounters Ryu Seon Jae in his high school years in a miraculous turn of events. She establishes a tight bond with him in an attempt to save him from a tragic event.
Can viewers expect a happy ending?
The story moves into a different timeline in Lovely Runner episode 15, in which Ryu Seon Jae does not fall in love with Im Sol while they are still in high school. They never even get along as friends in this reality. Im Sol effectively keeps her distance from him and hides who she is, thinking that this will keep him safe.
Given that their paths would inevitably cross in the end, a happy ending is possible. It appears that they were meant to be together, and maybe in this alternate universe, everything will turn out okay. Moreover, Taesung is committed to catching the taxi driver, and maybe this time, justice will win and the offender will get the time in jail that he deserves.
