We know you guys have been waiting for this.Saaho, starring Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor as leads, has been promoted across India as the biggest action film. Though, the film released on August 30 (today) in India, it hit the screens in UAE beforehand.
As per her tweets storm, Umair Sandhu (Popular film critic, journalist and member of the UAE Censor Board) has already watched Saaho on August 23, and since then the critic has been all praises for the film.
First Review #Saaho UAE Censor Board :
■ #Prabhas & @ShraddhaKapoor Chemistry is HOT
& They gave Outstanding Performances.
■ Action Stunts is the USP of film. Standing Ovation Stunts
■ Racy Screenplay & Clap Worthy Dialogues.
■ Full-on Mass Entertainer.
Umair Sandhu, who had the series of tweets dedicated to the film’s review, began with the first half as he declared the entry of Prabhas as Paisa Vasool.
“#Saaho First Half will BLOW your Mind! #Prabhas Entry is Just PAISA VASOOL! Goosebumps Actions Stunts & Chases !! Woah ! 18 147 684,” his tweet read.
Then he gave a spoiler revealing that Prabhas is reportedly seen as an antagonist in the film.
“#Prabhas casting as the antagonist can be accurately called a masterstroke. He’s the actual star of #Saaho, the real scene-stealer. In fact, you can’t imagine any other actor enacting the cool robber with such precision.”
Then finally telling how he liked the film, he shared that Saaho is a ‘sure-shot blockbuster’.
“On the whole, #Saaho is one solid entertainer loaded with attitude and star power that will leave fans of the series salivating for more. #Prabhas Nailed it again. This will shatter previous records and set new ones. SURE-SHOT BLOCKBUSTER! Elaborating further, the critic praised the high-octane action sequences, soothing numbers and the super hot chemistry between Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor.”
Apart from the duo, Saaho also features actors like Jackie Shroff, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Mandira Bedi, Chunky Panday, Mahesh Manjrekar, Arun Vijay, Murali Sharma, amongst others.
Though, disagreeing with the UAE review, someone just might have tweeted that “Saw #Saaho Malayalam premiere show today. Nothing new in script with predictable twists and climax. Action scenes are good but lack punch. Massive advance booking may save the film in the box office. Verdict 2.25/5”.
