No Entry 2: Anees Bazmee looking for female leads for his next directorial project

Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Arjun Kapoor were casted together in a casting coup by Anees Bazmee and Boney Kapoor, who were first reported to be working together on the No Entry sequel as quoted by Pinkvilla. Additionally, as per the report, the movie will begin production by the end of 2024, with a goal of opening in the final quarter of 2025.

According to sources close to the makers, as quoted by Pinkvilla, Anees Bazmee and his producer Boney Kapoor will begin casting for No Entry 2 in the middle of August. “While Varun, Arjun and Diljit feature in a double role in No Entry 2, ensuring two times the fun, the film also has a strong ensemble cast with 7 female actors. The makers are looking to get a top star-cast on board the film to be the female lead alongside the trio in a double role,” the source added

The source went on to say that Anees is very excited for No Entry 2 because it is one of the funniest scripts he has written in a while. “Anees considers No Entry 2 to be one of his best scripts till date, which is loaded with situational comedy and gags. He is looking forward to commence the journey of this caper from December 2024,” the source added.

The script for No Entry 2 offers opportunities for seven major roles, including six wives and a hooker for the triple role of Varun, Arjun, and Diljit. The 2005 smash hit movie No Entry, starred Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, and Fardeen Khan in lead roles.
