Sydney Sweeney has confirmed that she is finally returning to the Euphoria set to begin shooting for season 3. For those unfamiliar, the series has been praised for its captivating portrayal of high school students caught up in a world of drugs, love and crime. Leading the cast is Zendaya, with Hunter Schafer, Maude Apatow, Jacob Elordi and others included.
In a new interaction with Josh Horowitz of MTV, Sydney was asked about her plans to take a little break. In response, The actress stated that shooting for the upcoming season of Sam Levinson’s popular television series Euphoria is her next priority. She said, “I go into Euphoria.”
When questioned about an exact time or whether she had seen any scripts yet, she said, ” “Maybe. I don’t know.” Sweeney, on the other hand, expressed her excitement for reuniting with the cast for the much-anticipated third season. “I always feel like I go home,” she said. “It’s like home when I go back to it. I like it. I’m excited, it’s like family.”
After the demise of their co-star Angus Cloud, the cast—which includes Zendaya, Alexa Demie, Jacob Elordi, Hunter Schafer, and Maude Apatow—will be together for the first time during the third season’s filming. In July, the actor passed away at age 25.
The third season of Euphoria is scheduled to debut in 2025.
