The plot of Hyper Knife revolves around two talented neurosurgeons, Choi Deok Hui (Sul Kyung Gu) and Jung Se Ok (Park Eun Bin), whose professional rivalry takes a very personal turn. Jung Se Ok was once regarded as a tremendous potential in the field, but after a life-altering incident forces her to leave her mentor’s operating room, her promising future is dashed.

Operating at an underground medical facility where the stakes are higher and there are no rules, she is compelled to labor in the shadows. However, one day the roles are reversed and Choi Deok Hui and Jung Se Ok meet. Their actions force them to confront the repercussions of their prior decisions and bringing up old grievances.

Their demanding work schedules and the risky medical situations they handle, where lives are continuously at stake, intensify this tight rivalry.

Park Byung Eun portrays Han Hyeon Ho, an anesthesiologist who turns into a crucial ally of Jung Se Ok, and Yoon Chan Young plays Seo Yeong Ju, a loyal and unwavering follower of Se Ok.
