The plot of Hyper Knife revolves around two talented neurosurgeons, Choi Deok Hui (Sul Kyung Gu) and Jung Se Ok (Park Eun Bin), whose professional rivalry takes a very personal turn. Jung Se Ok was once regarded as a tremendous potential in the field, but after a life-altering incident forces her to leave her mentor’s operating room, her promising future is dashed.

Park Byung Eun portrays Han Hyeon Ho, an anesthesiologist who turns into a crucial ally of Jung Se Ok, and Yoon Chan Young plays Seo Yeong Ju, a loyal and unwavering follower of Se Ok.
