Singer Park Hyo Shin has yet again embroiled in a legal issue after associates working at his former management agency filed a lawsuit against him. This marks his fifth successive legal dispute spun over the past nine years. As per SPOTV News, Park Hyo Shin has been imposed with allegations of fraud and causing hurdle to the business.
On April 25, 2025, SPOTV reported that “CEO A” at Glove Entertainment, which initially signed contract with Park Hyo Shin prior to his own agency, Herbigharo, launched in 2022, and other shareholders has lodged a complaint with the Yongsan Police Station on April 7, 2025.
About the civil case against Park Hyo Shin

It also features the problem of distribution of company shares by Glove Entertainment, as recorded in May 2016 and August 2018. Park Hyo Shin, CEO A, and several shareholders were being allotted the shares. As of now the plaintiffs have claimed that Park Hyo Shin has posed that their shares were kept under a “nominee agreement”, misleading them into an agreement never propelled.
In the midst of a numerous corporate meetings, Park Hyo Shin was claimed to be leveraging the disputed set of shares, assign important positions to his close aid and plotting the removal of CEO A from the board. The plaintiffs alleges a “triangular fraud,” done by the artist in which the parties involved has been severely harmed.
The manipulation ultimately stripped them off 23,300 shares, making them incur huge financial losses.
Breaking silence over the issue, Park Hyo Shin stated that a civil case in congruence to the shares issue has been filed. However, he added that no criminal charges have been charged against him.
