Rihanna and A$AP Rocky are all set to enter the phase of parenthood again, after they announced the news of pregnancy at the red carpet of Met Gala 2025. Ciara, an acquaintance to to the couple for many years have verified in a podcast that they are now expecting their third child, ideally Baby No. 4.
In a episode of Sherri, aired on May 6, Ciara shared, “We all took a picture together and he (Rocky) started talking about cinco because you know I have four. We start talking about quatro (four) for her (Rihanna) too, but she has to get through the tres first, the third baby.”
Ciara added that she enjoyed a overwhelming mommy chat with RiRi, and thanked the singer for giving a note of motivation to her months ago.
Ciara and Rihanna’s reunion
For the unversed, Ciara and Rihanna faced a virtual brawl on Twitter around 14 years ago. However, during the incumbent Met Gala, they resolved the differences and shared warm moments along with featuring poses for the camera together.
Ciara expressed her excitement and satisfaction to meet the singer in person at the gala while mentioning that she is supremely proud of her.
RiRi’s ninth album
At the gala, RiRi shared that she is bracing hard for her ninth album R9 and it will be revealed very soon. She added that her pregnancy will not cause any postponement. In the hindsight, previously Rocky disclosed his desire to share screen space with RiRi in his directorial venture.
Rocky is also looped in for Spike Lee’s Highest 2 Lowest, starring Denzel Washington, Ice Spice, and Jeffrey Wright. The film is a remake of the classic by Akira Kurosawa called High & Low.
