Samantha Ruth Prabhu is excited to begin work on the drama series Rakt Brahmand, which is being directed by Rahi Anil Barve, of Tummbad fame, and was conceived by Raj & DK. Through an Instagram post, the actress has now formally revealed that the shoot is underway.
She wrote, “Never stop dreaming. Glad to be back on a film set after a while”
Sam posted a photo of her ID, which featured a bloody crown—a reference to the Netflix series.
The fantasy action series Rakt Brahmand – The Bloody Kingdom is billed as having an intense and compelling story. The series was officially announced a while back, with Samantha and Aditya Roy Kapur in the major roles.
With Raj & DK have previously directed web series including The Family Man, Guns & Gulaabs, and Farzi.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan are scheduled to feature in the action series Citadel: Honey Bunny, which is scheduled for release on November 7, 2024.
