Stand-up comedian, YouTuber, and chess enthusiast Samay Raina has come under fire when the Mumbai police on Tuesday phoned him and podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia to inquire about the latter’s contentious question on Raina’s YouTube show, India’s Got Latent. Raina is presently traveling for his show Samay Raina Unfiltered across Canada and the US. He will perform on March 16 after performing in Seattle on February 9.
Samay Raina posted on X, “Everything that is happening has been too much for me to handle. I have removed all Indias Got Latent videos from my channel. My only objective was to make people laugh and have a good time. I will fully cooperate with all agencies to ensure their inquiries are concluded fairly. Thank you.”
