After sixteen years, Sanjay Dutt remarried to Maanayata Dutt. Sanjay was seen decked with a tilak on his forehead and dressed in a saffron dhoti-kurta. Maanayata is seen strolling next to him, her forehead covered by a white salwar suit with a pattern on it.
They performed the holy “saat pheras” or “saptapadi” making eternal promises to one another demonstrating their dedication to a lifetime of marriage and the unique bond that unites them.
A picture shared on social media featured Maanayata and Sanjay at a temple, sitting in front of Havankund performing the wedding rituals.
The duo initially married in February 7, 2008. They were blessed with twins, a girl named Iqra Dutt and a boy named Shahraan Dutt, on October 21, 2010. Sanjay was previously hitched on February 14, 1998, to Rhea Pillai, an air hostess who later became a model. In 2008, their divorce was finalized. In 1996, Sanjay’s first wife, Richa Sharma, succumbed to a brain tumor. In 1987, they tied the knot and were blessed with their daughter Trishala Dutt, Sanjay is also a proud dad to a 36-year-old daughter from his first marriage.
The actor will next seen in a Kannada action film called KD – The Devil starring Dhruva Sarja and Reeshma Nanaiah.
