Shah Rukh Khan verifies collab with Sujoy Ghosh; Suhana to mark her big screen debut
The megastar and his daughter Suhana Khan will appear together on screen in King, which is their upcoming project.
Last year, Shah Rukh Khan offered three different mass entertainers to keep the audience entertained. His plate is full, but that hasn’t stopped him from working on his upcoming project.
At the 77th Locarno Film Festival, SRK finally discussed his upcoming action film, which is helmed by Sujoy Ghosh, with the media. The actor made an official announcement in a video that has gone viral on the internet. “The next film that I am doing is King. I have to start working on it, lose some weight, stretch a little so my groins don’t get caught while I am doing action.”
In addition, Shah Rukh Khan, who received the Pardo alla Carriera award at the festival, stated that he has been considering it for the previous few years. He shared his movie selection process in another video. Indicating the probablity of King, SRK stated, “Now, there’s a certain kind of film I want to do, where, maybe it is more age-centric and I want to try something, for 6-7 years I have been thinking about it. I mentioned it to Sujoy one day and he says, ‘Sir, I have a subject.’”
He continued, saying that’s how easy it is for him to choose movies. He simply states his desire to work on a particular genre whenever he feels like it. “I hear it, I spend time with them and then we just go ahead, make the film, and have lots of fun,” he added.
