Amaran continues to do well at the box office, with Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi playing the main roles. With a remarkable trend, the biographical war action film is performing incredibly well at the box office.
Amaran collects Rs 13 Crore on second Saturday
The Rajkumar Periasamy-directed Tamil film is doing incredibly well in theaters. On its tenth day, the second Saturday, the film made almost Rs 11 crore, surpassing the Rs 100 crore milestone. In addition, it saw another surge in revenue today, earning over Rs 13 crore and moving closer to the Rs 125 crore milestone at the Kollywood box office. In Tamil Nadu, Amaran’s total cume currently stands at Rs 118 crore gross

It has already surpassed Rajinikanth’s Vetaiyan to become the second highest-grossing Tamil film of 2024 domestically because to this robust trend.
Amaran aims for Rs 250 Crore
Its daily hold reflects the overwhelmingly good reviews the Sivakathikeyan film received when it first came out. Outside of Tamil Nadu, the highly acclaimed film is performing incredibly well. The film is doing well abroad, even though it is still one of the most popular options in Telugu and Malayalam states.
For the record, within ten days of its release, Amaran has already crossed the Rs 200 crore milestone at the global box office. It is expected to reach a worldwide completion of between Rs 225 crore and Rs 250 crore.
