The first look at Netflix’s popular web series Stranger Things’ fifth and final season is now available. In a one-minute, 57-second clip, Millie Bobby Brown reflects on her time spent filming the show and provides a behind-the-scenes look at the cast.

Behind-the-scenes

Millie Bobbie Brown was 10 when she began filming Stranger Things. She's now 20.

Three new actors are teased in the video: Alex Breaux from Waco: The Aftermath, Nell Fisher from Evil Dead Rise, and newcomer Jake Connelly. A peek of the sound stages, where the actors have been filming for season 5 of the show, is also displayed. They’re only halfway through production, and there’s still a lot of filming to do, observes Caleb McLaughlin.

Millie Bobby Brown’s nostalgia

The video doesn’t feature Millie with any of the other cast members; instead, it features a shot of the core group—Caleb, Finn Wolfhard, Gates Matarazzo, and Noah Schnapp—huddled around a radio, and Winona Ryder, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, and Joe Keery—gathering around an overhead projector. The video then cuts to throwback footage of every cast member from season one, and Millie driving to the sound stage.

She said, “So I started when I was 10. I’m now turning 20 years old (seemingly filmed before her birthday in February). It feels very weird.”
