Stray Kids’ Chk Chk Boom clinch top rank at the Billboard World Digital Song Sales with BTS, EXO

The much-awaited return of Stray Kids with their new album ATE has been roaring. Upon its first release, the record reached the top of the charts thanks to the incredible response from the public. Furthermore, the album has succeeded in keeping its place atop the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart for a number of weeks.

The Stray Kids song “Chk Chk Boom” reclaimed the top spot in the World Digital Song Sales for several weeks, according to a report released by Billboard on August 5, 2024. By accomplishing this, the group has joined the ranks of K-pop icons like BTS and EXO.

Additionally, for the second week running, the group has managed to stay in the Top 20 of the Global Singles chart. The song debuted at number 19 in the Billboard Global 200 and at number 14 in the Billboard Global Excl. US charts.

With their new album ATE, the album debuted at number six on the Billboard 200 chart and managed to stay there for two weeks in the top 10. Additionally, the album has taken the top spot for the second consecutive week on the Top Album Sales chart.

In 2024, the group also dropped a song called “Lose My Breath,” which featured Charlie Puth. It was the band’s first reunion since their eighth EP, ROCK-STAR, was released on November 10, 2024. In July 2024, the group gave performances at I-Days in Milan and BST Hyde Park in London.
