Go Min Si has hit the headlines yet again not for her latest drama, Tastefully Yours, however due to the reported allegations of school bullying in the past.
On May 26, Go Min Si’s agency, Mystic Story issued a statement as quoted by Xports News. The agency refuted the allegations, and labelled them as “groundless” and “lacking any factual basis”.
School Bullying and Extortion Allegations Against Go Min Si
The controversy gained traction after a social media post stated: “We are victims of actor A’s school violence.” The author identified as a middle school classmate to the star from Daejeon. They alleged that “A” has been been involved in cases of misconduct, like bullying, extortion, verbal and mental abuse, even torturing disabled students in the middle school.
The post added wrote, “A is glossing over the past by saying it was a simple mistake.” They also sought for an apology, “We ask that she permanently cease her activities so that no more damage is caused.”
“We would like to make it clear that this article was written based on the consistent testimonies and facts of many middle school students at the time.” The writer stated that everyone knew about the bullying, teachers and 94-liner classmates, included.
It concluded: “If A truly feels sorry towards the victims, I hope she will never appear in front of the public again, repent for her past mistakes, and live the rest of her life feeling sorry towards the victims.”
Finally, it disclosed that “A” referred to Go Min Si.
