The Traitors: Apoorva Mukhija and Uorfi Javed throws shade at each other in Ep 3

The Traitors started from June 12, featuring the fan-favourite in a single show. When the episode commenced, social media influencers Uorfi Javed and Apoorva Mukhija appeared as friends. But in the third episode, their rivalry started brewing. Apoorva shouted at Uorfi for not giving her space to which the latter replied, ‘She is not at the same level as I am’.

Posting a clip from the fued with Uorfi, Apoorva aka The Rebel Kid wrote on her Instagram story, “gotta give it to urfi hum same level pe toh nahi hai (gotta give it to urfi we are not at the same level).” She even called the latter ‘mannerless’.

Javed immediately replied to her note, “Not at the same level cause mai is ladki ki tarah battameez nahin hu 🙂 Agar battameezi cool hai toh mujhe nahi banna cool gang ka part! (Not at the same level because I am not as mannerless as her. If being mannerless is cool, then I don’t want to be a part of the cool gang).”

What caused the rift between Apoorva Mukhija and Uorfi Javed?

After a given task, Apoorva shed tears as she missed her mother. She preferred to sit in solitude and Uorfi kept asking  her the reason for being upset. When Apoorva slammed Uorfi she said to Jannat Zubair, “I am at a certain level. I do not like people speaking to me like this. She is not at my level. She is not at the same level as I am. She needs to respect me.”

Apoorva seemed emotional, while Uorfi expressed her anger. While speaking to Sufi Motiwala, Jasmine Bhasin and Jannat Zubair, Uorfi mentioned, “Aap mere se junior ho kaam mei aur har chiz mei. Aap same level pe nahi ho. Bahar dikhoge ne, mai muu na lagau (You are my junior in work and in everything. You are not at the same level. If she meets me outside, I will not talk to her).”
