Additionally, the credit scene from Spider-Man: No Way Home was hinted to in the Venom: The Last Dance teaser. As the movie comes to a close, Peter sends the bad guys—possibly Rhys Ifans, who portrayed Curt Connors—back to their own realms.

Ifans was shown in the teaser for the upcoming Venom film, which may indicate that a recovered Curt Connors is now leading a regular life. Given that the mutant was taken out of Tom Holland’s world, Peter Parker will most likely not make an appearance in Venom.

Regarding Tobey Maguire’s portrayal, he has faced off against a distinct iteration of the adversary in his previous movies. It would seem improbable, then, that Tom Hardy’s version of the macky villain will run into him. After ruling out other options, it appears that the Venom universe paired with Andrew Garfield’s universe is the most likely option.
