Actors Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have been shipped by fans for a long time. The two have appeared in successful projects and since then people have rooted for them in unison.
Recently, during a conversation with Filmfare, Vijay opened up about the qualities he is looking for in a wife and if Rashmika fits the criteria.

Vijay declined the question when asked about his dating rumors with Rashmika, saying, “Ask insiders.” Mentioning her good qualities, he added, “Good: She is crazy hardworking. She can beat anything with her will and determination. She is too kind and prioritises everyone’s comfort and happiness over hers. Bad: Same as the above. She needs to find a little balance.”
He nodded to the idea of marriage and seeks to pursue someday, “Currently not looking for a life partner.” On Rashmika being the ideal one, he said, “Any good woman with a good heart fits the bill.”
Previously in 2024, both Rashmika and Vijay verified about being in a relationship however did not announce the identity of their partners. They have been looped together after their terrific chemistry on the 2018 hit Geetha Govindam and the 2019 film Dear Comrade.
Rashmika frequently posts pictures from Vijay’s house his family. Last year, she enjoyed her blockbuster film Pushpa 2: The Rule with Vijay’s family at the theatre.

Vijay is bracing for his next project titled Kingdom, a Telugu-langauge spy thriller touted a duology, penned and helmed by Gowtam Tinnanuri. It features Bhagyashri Borse and Satyadev. The film will be released on July 4.
