The dating scandal between Kim Sae Ron and Kim Soo Hyun became more complex on March 19, 2025, when the YouTube channel Entertainment President Lee Jin Ho uploaded a video. He disclosed that Kim Sae Ron’s pregnancy and marital status were being concealed by her family.

According to Lee Jin Ho, Kim Sae Ron posted a series of images of herself and an unidentified man that seemed to be from a wedding on social media in January 2025. The caption read, “Marry,” and within minutes, the image was taken down from Kim Sae Ron’s social media accounts.

Kim Sae Ron’s aides said that the Instagram photos were only a group of images shot with a friend, according to Lee Jin Ho of TV Reports. After the facts were verified, Lee Jin Ho insisted that Kim Sae Ron’s marital status was verified. And he released a taped conversation between Kim Sae Ron and an agency official identified as “Person A.”

Kim Sae Ron disclosed in the tape that her boyfriend, not she, had uploaded the wedding photos. The agency official stated, “You have to tell me exactly what to say. I keep getting calls from reporters.” Replying to official’s query about the unprecedented marriage, he said, “How can you get married when he’s not the guy I saw at Christmas? Are you sure you’re married?”

According to Lee Jin Ho, Kim Sae Ron confirmed, “I met my ex-boyfriend, broke up, and told him that I had a boyfriend. I broke up with my boyfriend and wasn’t going to get married, but I got pregnant.” She added, “I got rid of the baby. He threatened me with the baby, so I got married.”

Kim Sae Ron revealed that her spouse met her through a friend and was a typical man who worked for a large firm.

According to reports, the unidentified man in Kim Sae Ron’s pictures is a Korean-American employee of a large American company.It is now thought that she traveled to the US to get ready for her wedding.

Kim Sae Ron also explained why she unexpectedly switched from KakaoTalk to Telegram in the voice recording. She revealed that her lover controlled and had full access to her KakaoTalk and Instagram accounts.

“Until I started using Telegram and sending occasional texts, I was powerless. I ended up uploading that photo after my boyfriend argued with me about it and said, “I don’t know why you’re hiding your marriage,” quipped Kim Sae Ron.

The claims that Kim Sae Ron made a drastic decision after viewing his film, however, were untrue, since she had been in the United States with her husband at the time. Lee Jin Ho clarified, denying that these limits were placed by her new partner.
