WOODZ aka Cho Seung Youn is now serving the mandatory military service in South Korea, away from the showbiz and music. Nonetheless, he is now been associated with Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Sae Ron’s dating scandal.

The singer’s managing agency, EDAM Entertainment, opened up on these rumors and issued a statement regarding the engulfing issue. As quoted by several news outlets Xportnews, EDAM Entertainment, the agency is doubtful about verifying the claims about his personal life. “It is a private matter, and we cannot confirm it.”

The dating rumors gained roots when the netizens noticed the social media posts of the actors. The posts liked by WOODZ on Kim Sae Ron on social media, a coffee truck she allegedly sent as a gesture to his filming set, and pictures they have clicked together.

Recently, YouTube channel Garosero and Kim Sae Ron’s family made a claim about her relationship with actor Kim Soo Hyun which dates back to 2015, the time when the actress still a minor. With WOODZ’s supposed relation with the last actress, the situation has amplified like no other.

Meanwhile, Kim Soo Hyun was tight lipped in the initial round of dating rumors, however, currently during a press conference on March 31, 2025, he disclosed a phase of his life wherein he dated the late actress, but justified his stance in an emotional statement.
