Over the past few days, there has been a lot of talk about Fawad Khan’s Bollywood comeback. Since it was announced that he would be working with actress Vaani Kapoor in a Hindi film again after eight years, his fans have been ecstatic. They have been anxiously awaiting project updates, and it has now been disclosed that Fawad will play a chef in the movie.

Filmfare had earlier revealed that Waheed Khan and Vaani Kapoor are working together on a film that will be the former’s return to the Hindi film industry following his 2016 release of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. The portal has now revealed information about Fawad’s personality. He’ll be portraying a UK-based chef.

The Aarti Bagdi-directed film is rumored to be shot in London and Dubai on a strict start-to-finish schedule.

Vaani’s involvement, meanwhile, is still a mystery. The actress is currently anticipating the August 15, 2024, Independence Day holiday release of her film, Kel Khel Mein.

Fawad Khan was asked if he was still in contact with Sonam Kapoor, Karan Johar, Ranbir Kapoor, and other members of the industry during a recent exclusive interview with Pinkvilla.

He stated, “I’m in touch on and off. Hamari baat ho jaati hai kabhi chat pe (We sometimes talk on chat) and on the phone, so I’ve been in touch. I have enjoyed a very good relationship with the Kapoor family, and there is still a lot of love and respect even with Karan and Shakun, so dostiyaan (friendships) hai.”

He continued, “And then there are some producer friends, jinke saath gaap shap lagi rehti hai, and then we make plans of meeting somewhere, so on and off we talk, we keep in touch, and we’re still very cordial and still very friendly, and there’s no love lost.”
