Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited (ABHFL) has expanded its footprint in Maharashtra with the launch of a new branch in Katraj, Pune, taking its total number of branches in the state to 30.
The expansion comes as Katraj sees rising housing demand driven by improved connectivity and expanding residential developments, attracting both first-time buyers and working professionals.
The new branch will offer a comprehensive suite of housing finance solutions, including affordable housing, prime housing, construction finance, and loans against property, catering to a broad customer base.
With a strong digital ecosystem in place, ABHFL aims to deliver seamless onboarding, faster loan approvals, and enhanced transparency.
As part of its launch offer, the company is providing zero login fees and spot loan sanctions up to ₹50 lakh, valid from April 27 to May 31, 2026.
