Raymond Lifestyle Limited has appointed Prasad EC as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his new role, he will manage the company’s finance function, strengthen financial governance, and support strategic decision-making as the company advances into its next growth phase.
Prasad brings over 24 years of experience across consumer durables, FMCG, and international businesses, with a strong track record in financial leadership, operational efficiency, and business transformation. His appointment comes at a crucial phase as Raymond Lifestyle advances its ‘Lifestyle 2.0’ strategy, focused on expanding consumer reach across offline and digital channels while scaling new growth categories.
Before joining Raymond Lifestyle, Prasad served as CFO at Bajaj Electricals Ltd, where he played a key role in strengthening financial governance and strategic planning. Earlier, he held senior finance and commercial leadership roles at Voltas Limited, including Finance Head – International Operations and All India Commercial Manager. He has also worked with Emami Ltd, further strengthening his expertise in commercial and financial operations.
Prasad is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India, and holds an Executive MBA in Finance from Harvard University.
