WEF Davos 2026: RMZ, Maharashtra Agencies Announce Long-Term Infrastructure Investment Partnership

RMZ announced a strategic investment partnership with MMRDA and CIDCO at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2026 to support infrastructure-led economic growth in Maharashtra.

The collaboration will facilitate investments of up to USD 30 billion across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region over the next decade and could generate nearly 3 lakh jobs. The focus will be on attracting FDI into infrastructure, real estate, logistics and digital assets.

Under the MMRDA partnership, RMZ will lead capital mobilisation, investment structuring, planning and asset management, while MMRDA will support land identification and approvals. Under the CIDCO collaboration, RMZ will develop data centre and commercial projects in Navi Mumbai beginning FY 2026–27.

“We are excited about announcing the partnership with RMZ as it aligns with Maharashtra’s broader vision to attract large-scale technology-led infrastructure projects,” said a CIDCO spokesperson.

RMZ leadership said the partnership reflects confidence in Maharashtra’s long-term development vision and India’s growing digital infrastructure needs.
