Now that summer is here, there’s no better way to stay hydrated than with water, juices, and similar drinks. Although these beverages slake your thirst, several of them when used frequently can also give you radiant skin. Content developer Arti Sahani shared a quick-to-make summer beverage on Instagram.“Can have this as your mid-meal to keep yourself cool, hydrated, healthy, and glowing,” said Sahani.
Sahani suggested combining watermelon, mint, and lemon with honey and soaked sabja seeds., “Eat clean, get fit, be happy!”
- 1.5 cups – Watermelon
- 1tsp – Honey
- 2tsp – Soaked sabja seeds
- 1/4 cup – Mint leaves
- 1tbsp – Lemon juice
- Pink/black salt as per taste
- 1 cup – Water/coconut water
- Ice cubes
Procedure
- Blend water or coconut water, sliced watermelon, and mint.
- Strain it.
- Pour the prepared drink, ice, soaked sabja seeds, and honey (if using) into a glass. Garnish with a squeeze of lemon.
