A regular diet that incorporates healthy eating must be a constant lifestyle shift, not just a one-day event. To make your meal even more nutritional, you can start by adjusting your diet, controlling your portion sizes, and adding new or different elements to your cuisine. Here’s an exclusive iron-rich soup recipe by Union minister Smriti Irani.
Irani claims that the most iron-rich soup is made with masoor dal and drumsticks or moringa. “You can have it if you are a vegetarian,” stated Irani in conversation with Curly Tales Kamiya Jani.

Moringa, which has an iron level of 28 mg per 100 gm, is a great way for vegetarians to receive iron, according to Suvidhi Jain, founder of LEAN by Suvidhi and a lifestyle, fitness, and nutrition coach.
Nupuur Patil, nutritionist at Nupuur Patil Fitness stated, “This method is used to increase the iron content of the liquid, which can then be consumed to supplement iron levels in the body”.
“Regular consumption of iron soup can help improve iron levels and prevent the symptoms associated with iron deficiency, such as fatigue, weakness, and pale skin,” added Patil.
