The Auditors is a forthcoming television series from South Korea, written and directed by Choi Min Ho and Joo Sang Gyu. The story revolves around a skilled audit team leader who is renowned for his accuracy and commitment, with Shin Ha Kyun starring in the lead role. Together with a young worker, he combines forces to uncover the truth about the pervasive and continuous corruption that permeates the entire organization.
Compelling plot
The captivating story of a talented audit team leader and a new hire teaming up to uncover widespread corruption in their organization is told in the show’s plot. Beginning the story is Shin Cha Il, who becomes the head of the audit department at the corrupt JU Construction. Shin Cha Il is a man who lacks faith in other people, but he is skilled at making quick decisions and taking decisive action when working.
Gu Han Soo, a rookie employee who initially joins the team as a stepping stone to secure a transfer to JU Construction’s Florida branch, is also welcomed to the audit team. Shin Cha Il, however, complicates his plan.
Hwang Dae Woong, the vice president of JU Construction and the founder’s third son, is a contributing factor to the rising tension in the series.
Another new member of the audit team, Yoon Seo Jin is a driven individualist. She has a very different personality from Gu Han Soo. Even though she has known Vice President Hwang Dae Woong since she was a young child, they continue to act like strangers at work.
Multi-dimensional writing
In addition to driving an organization toward inefficiency, corruption lowers employee and public morale because a few bad apples make all of their hard work ineffective. Additionally, it causes more issues that could have detrimental effects on a person’s life.
The plot also addresses the issue of brain drain, which happens when nations don’t have enough resources to provide for the needs of their people. It further impacts the organization by depicting the shady politics that exist within a company.
Talented ensemble
Shin Ha Kyun, the legendary actor will be the face of the show. The actor is joined by Lee Jung Ha, a rising star in the field.
The Auditors also includes a talented supporting cast, Baek Hyun Jin, Oh Hee Joon, Hong In, Lee Ji Hyun, Lee Jung Ha, Jin Goo, Jo Aram, Jung Moon Sung, and Jung Dong Hwan.
