ADOR And NewJeans to donate the entire appearance fees for the University Festival

The group’s plans to contribute the appearance fees they would collect from the University Festival were revealed in a statement, released by ADOR on May 25.

As reported by Koreaboo, ADOR and NewJeans have made the decision to contribute all of their appearance money from their appearances at the University Festival.

ADOR wrote in a long thread: “NewJeans successfully completed their first comeback performance thanks to the support of the fans who love and support the group. Following their comeback stage, NewJeans will perform at a total of seven University Festivals over the next week, starting with Korea University’s festival on May 25, and meet many people at many different places. They will perform songs including their new tracks “How Sweet” and “Bubble Gum” for the fans, so please look forward to it. We will be donating the entire proceeds from their appearances at the festivals. We ask for your interest and continued love for their upcoming activities.”

Every appearance, NewJeans is expected to earn ₩40.0 million KRW, or roughly $29,300 USD. They are visiting seven festivals, therefore this is anticipated to be worth ₩280 million KRW, or roughly $205,000 USD!
