Alec Baldwin-Hilaria Baldwin makes first ever public appearance post dismissal from Rust Case
On July 12, Baldwin’s involuntary manslaughter charges following the 2021 shooting incident were made public by Rust case judge Mary Sommer.

At the War Games movie premiere, Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Baldwin appeared happy for the first time since the Rust case was dropped on July 12. The two appeared on the red carpet, where they were photographed by photographers. While Hilaria Baldwin made an appearance in a pink midi dress, the 30 Rock star was dressed in a black blazer and blue shirt.

Alec Baldwin left the house for dinner in Santa Fe with his family and friends following the dismissal of the Rust case. The actor also expressed his appreciation on Instagram to his followers and well-wishers for honoring his family’s privacy during trying times.
A source stated, as quoted by People Magazine, “It’s been a sad situation, and there is no winning here. They didn’t celebrate.” They further added, “They were very worried and are grateful now that they are able to spend the rest of the summer with their kids.”
Baldwin remains the target of civil lawsuits despite the dismissal of the criminal case against the actor. The Rust movie’s production wrapped up in May 2023, although the release date hasn’t been announced yet.

After unintentionally shooting the cinematographer, Haylna Hutchins, Alec Baldwin was charged with involuntary manslaughter. The trials started back on July 10, despite the actor’s insistence that he did not pull the trigger. Joel Souza, the director of the movie, was also wounded by the bullet.
