BTS’ RM wins top spot on Billboard Top Rap Album; sets benchmark with Right Place, Wrong Person

Right Place, Wrong Person, the lead album from BTS, just broke RM’s own record by becoming the first album to debut at number one on Billboard’s esteemed Top Rap Albums chart. With the release of his most recent solo album, BTS frontman RM has achieved a new height on the Billboard charts. Right Place, Wrong Person made its Top Rap Albums chart début at number one.

After the success of his previous solo album, INDIGO, which peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 chart, comes Right Place, Wrong Person. With 43,000 traditional album sales and 7,500 streaming equivalent album units, the album garnered 54,000 equivalent album units in its first week of release.
