Deepika Padukone becomes first ever Indian actor to get listed on Deadline’s Global Disruptors list

The international journal Deadline has acknowledged actor Deepika Padukone for her noteworthy contributions to the entertainment business, along with international talents Eva Longoria, Uma Thurman, and Lee Sung Jin.

Regarded as ‘Racket to Rocket: India’s Surprise Superstar is on a mission to breach barriers and taboos,’ Deepika Padukone, the only Indian celebrity named on the Global Disruptors List, further cedes her status as a trailblazer on the global stage.

Deepika emphasized her deep appreciation for the collaborative aspect of the film industry in a statement that reflected on her path and goals. She stated, “Of course, the success of a movie is important, but for me, the time I’ve had with people and the experiences I have on the set of a film are the most important.”
