Mnet’s I-LAND 2 has unveiled the initial lineup for their newest girl group. Aiming to be a follow-up to I-LAND, which gave rise to the popular fourth-generation boy group ENHYPEN, the audition reality show revealed izna as the name of its much awaited seven-piece group.

The final lineup of K-pop artists

Participants in I-LAND 2 compete for the opportunity to make their stage debut in a new girl group under WAKEONE. In contrast to Season 1 of I-LAND, which resulted in the formation of ENHYPEN via cooperation with HYBE, Season 2 of the show runs on its own and the new group it forms will not be connected to BELIFT LAB.

I-LAND 2 also revealed that “izna” would be the name of the new girl group that was formed on the show. Choi Jungeun, Bang Jeemin, Yoon Jiyoon, Koko, Ryu Sarang, Mai, and Jeong Saebi are the seven members who will make their izna debuts.

Know about I-LAND 1 and 2

In Part 1, a complex surrounded by a verdant forest houses twenty-four contestants, some of whom remain in I-Land and others in Ground.

In Part 2, the Ground building is no longer in use, and the 12 contestants that remain live only in I-Land. The contestants and producers cast their votes and assessments in Part 1 to decide who stays in I-Land, who goes to Ground, and who is eliminated. In Part 2, the emphasis switches to I-Mate and producer votes and assessments, which impact contestant rankings and, once again, elimination choices.
