At the age of 48, Barbie Hsu, who was well-known for Meteor Garden, died early on February 2. Friends, relatives, acquaintances, co-stars, and fans around the world have been grieving her loss since her untimely death. When they heard the devastating news, DJ Koo, Barbie Hsu’s husband, and Kang Won Rae, a member of CLON, were drowned with emotions.

Kim Song, Kang Won Rae’s wife, posted on social media his emotional response to Barbie Hsu’s unexpected passing. She shared their “devastating” mood after learning of her premature death in an open and honest essay. It appeared “unbelievable” to her, and they were left feeling “helpless.” Kim Song claims that Kang Won Rae was profoundly affected by the sad event and had a close relationship with Seo Hee Won, aka Barbie Hsu.

Kang Won Rae turned to drinking by himself to cope with his loss because he was unable to publicly express his feelings. Kim Song remembered that he had a cold and had not drunk for a long, but that day he did. He “probably cried” by himself while she wasn’t around, she said. She personally cried in private as well. The couple’s heartbroken response brought to light the strong ties and numerous treasured memories that existed between the two families.

Kim Song also talked about how DJ Koo (Ko Jun Yeop) behaved strangely the day they found out about Barbie Hsu’s death. It took until late at night for DJ Koo, who typically responded to Kim Song’s KakaoTalk messages right away, to do so. He was so distraught that he said to Kim Song, “I apologize for not being able to assist. I’m limited to praying. In addition, he expressed gratitude and urged her to remember Barbie Hsu in her prayers.”

She said, “When Hee Won was struggling, they reunited like something out of a movie.”

She mentioned: “Don’t force yourself to be okay. Cry, so you won’t have any regrets.” Kim Song wrapped, “Let yourself put a meaningful final period on your love story without holding back.”
