The shooting of Thalapathy 69, Vijay’s purported last film, is set to begin on October 5, 2024. H Vinoth is directing the film, which is expected to be an action movie with a hint of politics. Mamitha Baiju who will be a part of the ensemble was earlier seen in the well-received film Premalu.
With the famous co-starring roles of Anoop Menon, Aparna Balamurali, and Anu Sithara in Sarvopari Palakkaran, the 23-year-old actress made her feature debut back in 2017.
Thereafter she acted in supporting parts in a number of movies, such as Dakini, Honey Bee 2: Celebrations with Asif Ali, Varathan with Fahadh Faasil, and Kilometers and Kilometers with Tovino Thomas.

But it was her roles in movies like Kho Kho and Operation Java that elevated her to prominence in Malayalam cinema. Her fame skyrocketed in the Girish AD-directed 2022 film Super Sharanya, in which she portrayed Sona Thomas.
Mamitha debuted in Tamil cinema with the GV Prakash Kumar film Rebel. She is currently looped in with Vishnu Vishal’s upcoming film. She also dubbed for Krithi Shetty in the Tovino film Ajayante Randam Moshanam (ARM).
