Resident Playbook’s makers have dropped insights on number of cameo appearances, especially featuring lead characters from its parent drama, Hospital Playlist. This created a intense level of excitement among the k-drama fans. For the unversed, the initial two episodes from the talked about drama was released on Netflix on April 12 and 13, welcoming two cameo appearances, also starring, in addition, Ahn Eun Jin, who was seen as OB-GYN resident in Hospital Playlist. This also raised speculations whether her mate will also feature as a follow-up appearance.

In the first episode, Ra Mi Ran is seen in a special role in the garb of a banker, who issues a warning to O I Young over proving the legitimacy of her employment to avoid her assets may be frozen. Adding to the thrill, episode 2 then featured the much awaited cameo of  Ahn Eun Jin in her Hospital Playlist character as Chu Min Ha.

In the episode, O I Young shifts a pregnant patient to Songdo Yulje Hospital and later bumps into Chu Min Ha, who seems to get moved by O I Young’s compassion towards her patients. Chu Min Ha asks her for a cup of coffee and talks about the experiences faced in the first year of residence.
