Stree 2 day 1 pre-bookings: Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao-starrer mints whopping 150000 tickets

Amar Kaushik’s film Stree 2, which stars Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor among many others, is a box office hit thanks to its astounding advance bookings. Street 2 has sold 1.5 lakh tickets in PVRInox and Cinepolis for its opening day, including paid premieres, as of 10 p.m. on August 12, 2024, when this article was written. For the paid premieres, 28,000 tickets have been sold, and for the first day, 1.22 lakh tickets.

Stree 2 records 150000 ticket sales in PVRInox and Cinepolis

With two days remaining, the horror comedy starring Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor hopes to sell between 3.5 and 4 lakh tickets in major national chains on opening day, including paid previews, before the first show begins. If the producers of Stree 2 decide to hold premieres earlier than they had originally planned on August 14th, the numbers may even rise. Extraordinary bookings are also being made at single screens, non-national chains, and other national chains. The way the movie’s tickets are selling, a Rs 40 crore opening, including paid premieres, is almost guaranteed. It may even increase based on the day-to-day sales figures.

Stree 2 may face capacity drawbacks 

Alongside a number of other Indian films, Stree 2 is released.Vedaa and Khel Khel Mein will be shown on screens in Hindi-speaking regions, while Mr. Bachchan, Double ISmart, and Thangalaan will receive the most of the southern screen time. Stree 2 is undoubtedly underperforming and may experience capacity constraints as well. But as the days pass, things will become more relaxed for the film.
