Tumbbad Re-Release: Cult horror film records an advanced booking of 6000 tickets in top chains

The film Tumbbad, which was directed by Rahi Anil Barve and has Sohum Shah in the lead role, is about to be rereleased in theaters. The movie only made slightly over Rs 12 crore when it debuted in theaters back in 2018, thus it wasn’t warmly welcomed. Although the movie did well in terms of trend, reaching Rs 12 crore after debuting around Rs 50 lakh, the amount was never going to be sufficient.

Tumbbad grabs an impeccable milestone 

Tumbbad’s producers went all out for the re-release of their movie on September 13th, and the results are in: two days prior to its official release, the picture has already sold 6,000 tickets at prestigious national chains like PVRInox and Cinepolis for its opening day.With two days remaining, it appears that the Sohum Shah movie will easily sell over 20,000 seats in prestigious theaters before the end of its advance. On the first day of its rerelease, it looks certain to become the top grossing movie.
