Cha Woo Min, 24 year old is capturing the hearts of K-dramatic lovers and dominating social media. With his diverse performances and unmistakable charm, he is rapidly becoming a fan favorite, whether he is playing Pi Han Wool in Study Group or Woo Jun Hoo in Melo Movie.
After completing Busan Gangseo High School, Cha Woo Min went on to study at the Seoul Institute of the Arts, without taking part in the acting program. He had originally wanted to be an athlete and had competed in swimming in middle school before switching to Judo in high school. But soon before starting college, he became inclined in acting, which changed his course and caused him to give up sports. He is currently managed by JUST Entertainment.
In 2021, Cha Woo Min made his acting debut in the lead role of the BL drama The Tasty Florida. His performance in the drama Night Has Come in 2023 brought him critical acclaim. Additionally, he starred in two films: Love Untangled, which will be streaming on Netflix in 2025, and Brave Citizen, which came out in 2023.
