HDB Financial Services on Tuesday launched an All-Women Branch in Madurai as part of its efforts to promote workplace inclusivity and expand financial access for women customers.
According to the company, the branch will be entirely managed and operated by women employees, creating opportunities for women professionals in branch management, customer engagement and operational leadership.
The company said the initiative will also encourage greater participation of women employees in functions such as credit evaluation and customer relationship management.
Speaking on the launch, Mr. Ashish Ghatnekar Chief – People & Operations, HDB Financial Services, said, “At HDB Financial Services, we believe that empowering women is essential for building stronger communities and a more inclusive financial ecosystem. The launch of our All-Women Branch reflects our commitment to creating leadership opportunities for women professionals while also improving access to formal credit for women customers.
