SKF India Limited has reported double-digit revenue growth for both the fourth quarter and full year FY25-26 as the company sharpens its focus on technology-led expansion following its recent corporate restructuring.
The company recorded standalone revenue of INR 5,945.4 million in Q4 FY25-26, up 20.7% year-on-year, while annual revenue rose 15.4% to INR 21,295.9 million.
SKF India said the growth was supported by robust demand across automotive segments and strengthened operational execution.
The company’s recent restructuring has resulted in two independently focused entities, aimed at enabling sharper strategic direction and stronger alignment with market requirements.
Speaking on the company’s future strategy, Shailesh Kumar Sharma, Managing Director of SKF India Limited, said, “As we build on our independent business, we remain focused on scaling through technology-led innovation, localization and capacity expansion. We continue to advance our sustainability agenda through energy efficiency and responsible operations, aligned to our long-term net zero commitment.”
SKF India added that it is investing in advanced manufacturing capabilities and application-driven innovation across its facilities in Haridwar, Pune, and Bangalore.
The company said it remains focused on enabling higher efficiency, durability, and optimized energy usage across automotive applications.
