TVS Motor Company has inducted Ravindran Shanmugam as an Independent Director as the automaker looks to strengthen its future-ready growth strategy and governance standards.
The appointment is effective May 13, 2026 for a period of five years, subject to shareholder approval.
Shanmugam is a technology entrepreneur with experience across AI-led platforms, consumer businesses and digital transformation initiatives. He currently leads Singapore-based Mablle as Co-founder and Executive Chairman.
The company stated that his appointment would add valuable expertise in innovation, strategic governance and platform-led business models to the board.
